- Our main goal is to define & help you to achieve your personal meditation practise goals such as what style/s of meditation best work/s for you, apply best practises to help improve consistency and continuity, to help you better understand how the mind works and how to better manage your unique mind.
- We all encounter obstacles in our meditation practise. Depending on which one is present and when; such as difficulty concentrating, having physical and/or emotional experiences that we are not sure how to manage such as flooding or floating. How to adapt techniques to work with insomnia, tinnitus, increased or ongoing stress, returning to work and more.
- How to apply these techniques in our daily life. How to linger in places previously explored and place previously unexplored. How to explore with confident steadiness. How to harness the practise to enhance positivity.
We teach a wide range of meditation practitioners and they fall into 3 main categories:
NEVER MEDITATED BEFORE
This is a great program for anyone new to meditating. I always tell people that I would have saved myself 7 years of practising in a very dull and distracted way. The instructions for meditation come to us from 2500 years ago. They are simple and potent. Learn how to meditate, how to establish your meditation practise, practise meditation with clarity and an understanding of not only how your mind functions but also how to watch more of it.
MEDITATED A FEW TIMES
A lot of us have meditated before, like it, would like to learn more. Perhaps you are not sure how to meditate on your own, perhaps you only practise once a month or less, or maybe the idea of a coach to get your meditation practise going – like for real.
MEDITATED MORE THAN A FEW TIMES
This is those of us that have a meditation practise and would like to enhance it. There are so many areas to work with in mediation. Often 3 coaching sessions goes a long way toward understanding blocks, improving consistency and continuity, improving the understanding of concentration and how the mind functions.
Rates
$210/hour

- We recommend a 30-minute call every 2 weeks and a minimum of 3 calls.
- The highest success rate with this program is with 6 x 30-miute calls.

Hi, So nice to hear from you.
Start with picking a specific style of meditation to learn (there are many out there). Usually we pick something that works well for our particular type of demeanour or lifestyle. There are body based meditations, breath based meditations, sound meditation, visual, walking, etc.
Find a qualified teacher to teach you – there are lots online – me for example. 🙂
